Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and success of our retail products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, define product strategies, and execute go-to-market plans. Conduct market research to identify potential product opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
Define product strategies and roadmaps based on market insights and customer feedback
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to bring new products to market
Manage the product development process from conception to launch, including prioritizing features, creating product specifications, and coordinating with internal stakeholders
Analyze product performance and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for future product iterations
Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify areas of improvement and drive product differentiation

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the retail industry
Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market and driving revenue growth
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make data-driven recommendations for product improvements
