Sr. Software Development Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Software Development Engineer to join our team. As a Sr. Software Development Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our software solutions that drive our retail operations. You will be part of a team that is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and debugging complex software applications. Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements
Design, code, test, and debug software applications using various programming languages and tools
Participate in code reviews to ensure software quality and maintainability
Identify and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior software developers
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and refine software requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
At least 7 years of experience in software development
Strong programming skills in one or more of the following languages: Java, C++, Python
Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices
Experience with software development tools and technologies, such as Git, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions
Experience in the retail industry is a plus
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Willingness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
