People Exp. & Development Manager

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated People Experience & Development Manager to join our team. As the People Exp. & Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee experience and development within our organization. This includes developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture, and coordinating training and development programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. If you are passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive work environment, and have a proven track record of driving employee engagement and development, we want to hear from you.

     

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their specific needs and develop training programs to address skill gaps.
  • Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, coaching, and annual performance reviews.
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs on various topics, such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and communication skills.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee morale.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee experience and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Human Resources Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
