Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of retail staff
Conduct training sessions across various retail locations, ensuring consistency in training delivery
Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and hands-on activities
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and establish learning objectives
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to continuously improve training programs
Provide ongoing coaching and support to retail staff to reinforce training and ensure successful implementation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail training to incorporate into training programs
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience as a Retail Trainer or similar role in the retail industry
Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service principles
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to diverse audiences
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to adapt training methods and content to suit different learning styles and skill levels
Proficiency in using training software, multimedia tools, and learning management systems
